本プライバシーポリシーは、アプリ開発者 haru komatsuda（以下「当社」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「QRエクスプレス」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。

1. 収集する情報
   本アプリでは、以下の情報を取得します：
   ・QRコードの読み取りデータ
   ・読み取り履歴
   ・アプリの使用状況データ（使用頻度、機能の利用状況など）
   ・広告表示に関する情報（Cookie、広告識別子など）
   ・ユーザーの端末から送信される情報（端末設定、OSバージョン、端末モデルなど）
   ・サブスクリプションの状態（有効/無効など）

これらの情報の一部は、アプリ内でのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。ただし、広告配信や利用状況の分析のために、一部の情報が外部サービスに送信されることがあります。

2. 情報の利用目的
   取得した情報は以下の目的でのみ使用されます：
   ・QRコードの読み取り結果の表示
   ・読み取り履歴の表示
   ・iCloudを利用した履歴データのバックアップ（サブスクリプション加入者のみ）
   ・アプリの機能改善
   ・広告配信の最適化（無料プラン利用時）

3. 情報の保管
   ・読み取ったQRコードの情報は、ユーザーの端末またはiCloud内に保存されます。
   ・当社のサーバーへのデータ送信や保存は一切行いません。
   ・データの保存期間は、ユーザーがアプリ内で削除するまで、もしくは本アプリをアンインストールするまでです。
   ・iCloudへのバックアップは、ユーザーのApple IDと連携してApple社のサービスを利用するものであり、当社はiCloud内のデータにアクセスしません。
4. 第三者への提供
   当社は、以下の場合を除き、収集した情報を第三者に提供することはありません：
   ・ユーザーの同意がある場合
   ・法令に基づき開示が必要となる場合
5. アプリの権限
   本アプリは以下の権限を必要とします：
   ・カメラ（QRコードの読み取りのため）
   ・iCloud（サブスクリプション加入者に限る。読み取り履歴のバックアップのため）

これらの権限は、本アプリの基本的または有料機能を提供するために必要不可欠なものです。

6. データの削除
   保存された読み取り履歴は、以下の方法で削除できます：
   ・アプリ内の履歴画面から個別に削除
   ・アプリのアンインストール
   ・iCloud内のデータは、ユーザーのiOS端末設定から削除できます
7. 広告配信について
   本アプリは、広告配信のためにGoogle AdMobを使用しています（無料プランのみ）。
   Google AdMobは、ユーザーの情報をもとに、関連性の高い広告を表示するために情報を収集することがあります。

8. 利用者動向の測定について
   本アプリは、サービス向上のためにGoogle FirebaseおよびFirebase Crashlyticsを使用しています。

・アプリの利用頻度
・機能の使用状況
・クラッシュレポート
・デバイス情報

9. サブスクリプションに関する情報
   ・本アプリでは、月額および年額のサブスクリプションプランを提供しています。
   ・サブスクリプションの状態（有効/無効）は端末内で管理され、当社のサーバーには送信されません。
   ・サブスクリプションの購入・更新・解約などの操作は、ユーザーご自身がApp Storeの設定から行う必要があります。
   ・解約後も、現在の有効期限までは機能を利用できます。日割りでの返金等はありません。
10. プライバシーポリシーの変更
    本プライバシーポリシーの内容は、法令変更への対応や本アプリの機能変更等の理由により、予告なく変更される場合があります。変更があった場合、アプリ内または公式サイトにてお知らせいたします。

This Privacy Policy describes how haru komatsuda (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) handles personal information in the smartphone application “QR Express” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).

1. Information Collected
   The App collects the following types of information:
   ・QR code scan data
   ・Scan history
   ・App usage data (frequency of use, features used, etc.)
   ・Advertising-related information (cookies, advertising identifiers, etc.)
   ・Information transmitted from the user’s device (device settings, OS version, device model, etc.)

Some of this information is stored only within the App and not transmitted externally. However, certain data may be shared with external services for the purpose of advertising or analytics.

2. Purpose of Use

   ・The Company does not transmit or store any data on its own servers.

   ・iCloud backups are managed by Apple Inc., and the Company does not have access to that data.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
   The Company does not share collected data with third parties except in the following cases:
   ・With user consent

5. App Permissions
   The App requires the following permissions:
   ・Camera (for QR code scanning)
   ・iCloud (for subscribers, to back up scan history)

These permissions are essential for the App’s core or paid features to function properly.

6. Data Deletion
   Users can delete saved scan history in the following ways:
   ・Individually from the history screen in the App
   ・By uninstalling the App
   ・iCloud data can be deleted through iOS settings
7. Advertising
   The App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements (for users on the free plan).
   Google AdMob may collect information to display more relevant ads based on user activity.

   To improve the service, the App uses Google Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics.

   ・After cancellation, the subscription remains valid until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.

    This Privacy Policy may be updated without prior notice due to legal changes or feature updates. In such cases, users will be notified in the App or on the official website.
